PTT is equipped with the most modern machines and software tools to allow for the developments necessary to achieve the highest quality standards and lowest tco for the customers.

Amongst others PTT has the only laser-cladding robot working in all South America, latest testing equipment from Switzerland and Europe, a fully equipped teststand for engines of up to 6.000kw, also able to run gas engines.

The enhanced products, i.e. springs, valves, valve seats etc., are always designed in close cooperation with scientific units (University of SdC) or the world´s best suppliers of such products. Even the smallest springs in the injection systems have been developed jointly with a German company (Scherdel) to make it better and longlasting.

For the manufacturing of the CAT 3500 professional injectors PTT has equipped Struck TurboTechnik from Cologne, Germany with the required and most modern software and teststands, interfaced with the mother-stands in Santiago.
